At Bergman Academy in Des Moines, who you are matters. In our intentionally small preschool through eighth grade classes, your child will be known. Equipped with unique learning spaces, a science lab, and the natural setting of Greenwood Park, Bergman Academy differentiates through project-based and experiential learning opportunities which invite our students to grow as learners, thinkers, and leaders. Bergman Academy students develop a love of learning, kindness and compassion, a love of the natural world, independence and a strong understanding of self, combined with the pursuit of excellence, collaboration, global perspective, and a commitment to others.
