Has the flexibility to travel between branches to assist as needed.
Pulls and balances a teller drawer daily, balances the vault, coin machine, and ATM.
Responsible for the completion of batching and scanning of teller work through the Branch Capture System.
Processes customer transaction with accuracy, and professionalism, while keeping a high level of customer service.
Answers complex client inquiries regarding interest rates, service charges, and account transactions while complying with disclosure requirements, regulations, and consumer privacy policies.
Accurately open all consumer deposit accounts.
Cross sell to referral partners when appropriate; completes client follow ups as needed.
Answers calls, takes messages, provides clients with accurate information, and directs client questions when appropriate.
Serves as a resource for training.
Complies with internal controls, operational procedures and risk management policies.
Represents Lincoln Savings Bank in a positive light in all professional duties. Including participating in civic, community, and networking events to cultivate productive relationships for Lincoln Savings Bank.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as defined by Management.
