Most people know that health is important\, but making choices to get us there seems to elude us.  She'll show us how to reorient our thinking\, then\, provide simple steps to creating a life of vibrant health in our lives and the lives of those we love.\n\nWe will have a gourmet salad buffet catered by Taste! ToGo.
