Profit First: Book Club Follow Up Meeting

On July 30th, we had our first book club. It was successful, and the book made such an impression that there is talk about starting an "Accountability Group" for business owners who use the Profit First method. 

We are starting slow with a follow-up meeting to our original book club discussion. A couple of attendees are going to start adding the Profit First model principles in their business and report back. 

And we are happy to have Carla Ruble with CFO Accounting Services join us with her expertise. She is the only Certified Profit First Professional in Iowa and will be sharing guidance and case studies on how Profit First has helped small businesses and their success.

• Small business owners who already use the model whether that is "by the book" or in a modified way.
• Those who have read the book before and were intrigued and want to revisit whether Profit First is a good idea to implement in their business.
